Cancellations: Must be requested by 3:00 PM, Alaska Time, 72-hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival to avoid a penalty charge of the first night room rate and taxes per room.
No-Show Policy: No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes, per room.
